TCB – an experiential delight
True to its name, The California Boulevard is not just a restaurant, but a walk down the streets of California. Inspired by America, ‘the great melting pot', everything in the restaurant pays homage to the cinema, music, food and fashion of the US.
“TCB is an experience that transports you to the sights and sounds of California”, says RajanSethi, who dreamt of TCB and made it a pleasing reality in Gurgaon and Rajouri.
While you are relishing the American experience the place offers, indulge into the culinary delights from 30 countries. No doubt, the opulent diner was awarded the Zomato collections award, 2015 for meat cravings and the Best world cuisine restaurant, 2015 by popular choice from Gurgaon food freak.
TCB offers every Indian the flavors of the world; but a project of this scale needed a catapult that could help it reach everyone who loves to get ‘high on food’.
An app as an answer
“People love the food and the experience at TCB.There has to be some way to tap those experiences and make them contagious,” reasoned Rajan.
The TCB content publishing app on Android and iOS made with Instappy helped Rajan accomplish this and much more. The app took the TCB experience a notch-up and made it seamless.
-> Users can have all the latest events and deals at TCB on their fingertips
-> A fully functional menu allowing users to choose from a wide range of delicacies for placing their order
-> Flexibility to favourite a meal and order next time they visit.
-> Booking reservations through the app
-> Users can also initiate a call to TCB in Rajouri Garden & Gurgaon directly from the app for any information that they require.
-> Amazing offers, updates and any relevant communication through push notification
“For a global dream like The California Boulevard, we had to have a medium effective enough to talk about it impressively. The California Boulevard app begins by helping our visitors choose the meal of their choice and ends at capturing their delighted reviews.”
However, to make the app market the brand, Rajan had to market the app first. He used all the social channels to take the word out, TCB Facebook page to start from. Apart from that, it was made sure that those who dropped in knew about the app and downloaded it. Friends and family, as usual, played a huge role in kick-starting the promotional efforts.
No matter how big or small, if your dream takes the shape of a brand, it’s worth an app.
